The new era unfolds with a fusion of Cuba and Spain blending the cultures of the new owners, Chef Paco Pérez and his wife Any, accompanied by their daughters. With over 30 years of industry experience, they bring forth a business ideology where the spotlight is on the quality of their products and the utmost commitment to service excellence.
